You may not use KazataCloud, or permit users under your account to use KazataCloud, for activity that is illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harmful or inconsistent with telecommunications-provider requirements.
Prohibited examples
- Caller-ID spoofing or impersonation intended to deceive.
- Fraud, phishing, scams, credential theft or social engineering.
- Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation or unlawful content.
- Unauthorized robocalling, high-volume traffic or solicitation where consent/registration is required.
- Artificially generated traffic, traffic pumping, revenue-share fraud or attempts to manipulate carrier billing.
- Bypassing destination restrictions, sanctions, verification, spending limits or fraud controls.
- Using numbers without required end-user identity, address, business or use-case documentation.
- Reselling access outside the Business-account/end-user model authorized by KazataCloud.
Enforcement
KazataCloud may investigate abnormal activity and may limit calls, block destinations, require verification, suspend users/accounts, preserve relevant records, or cooperate with providers and lawful authorities where required.
