Terms for using KazataCloud.

1. Agreement

By creating or using a KazataCloud account, you agree to these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and any service-specific rules shown during purchase or provisioning.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and protect your login credentials. Business account owners are responsible for users and clients they create beneath their company account.

3. Prepaid wallet and charges

KazataCloud may use prepaid wallet funds for calls, phone numbers, renewals and other usage charges. Rates can vary by destination, number type and provider configuration. Displayed estimates can differ from final provider-rated usage where technically unavoidable.

4. Phone numbers

Numbers are subject to availability, regulatory eligibility, provider rules and continued payment. A number may be suspended or released when required information is missing, the wallet is insufficient after applicable notice/grace rules, or continued use would violate law or provider requirements.

5. Calling

Call completion is not guaranteed. Internet connectivity, carriers, destination networks, geographic permissions, fraud controls and provider availability can affect service.

6. Emergency services

KazataCloud must not be treated as an emergency-calling service unless emergency calling has been expressly enabled and configured for your account and jurisdiction.

7. Prohibited conduct

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy and may not use KazataCloud for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, abusive, harassing, spoofed or unauthorized communications.

8. Suspension

We may restrict or suspend accounts or destinations when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, provider obligations, unpaid charges or policy violations.

9. Third-party services

KazataCloud relies on telecommunications, payment, hosting and other providers. Their services and rules can change or become unavailable, and KazataCloud may need to modify features or availability accordingly.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KazataCloud is provided subject to service availability and without guarantees that every destination, number or feature will remain continuously available. Liability limitations must be interpreted subject to mandatory consumer and telecommunications law.
