Communications rules are local.
Phone numbers and voice services are regulated differently across countries. KazataCloud customers must satisfy applicable identity, address, business, use-case and communications requirements before using regulated resources.
Phone-number regulatory requirements
Some countries require end-user identity or address documentation, business information, local presence, an approved use case, or other supporting documents before a number can be provisioned or kept active. Number availability alone does not guarantee eligibility.
Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information, using services lawfully, and ensuring users created beneath a Business account follow KazataCloud's Terms and Acceptable Use Policy.
Provider and carrier requirements
KazataCloud may depend on telecommunications providers and downstream carriers. Their country-specific rules, anti-fraud controls, identity requirements and service restrictions can affect provisioning, routing and continued availability.
Emergency calling
Do not rely on KazataCloud for emergency calling unless emergency calling has been explicitly enabled and configured for the specific account, number and jurisdiction. Internet calling can have limitations that differ from traditional telephone service.
Sanctions, fraud and unlawful traffic
KazataCloud may restrict destinations, suspend accounts, require additional verification or block activity when necessary to address fraud, abuse, legal restrictions, sanctions obligations, provider requirements or abnormal usage.
Verification
Where required, KazataCloud may request personal or business information and supporting documents before enabling a number, destination or service.
