Last updated: August 22, 2026
1. Who we are
KazataCloud is operated by Hoddz Trends LLC. Contact: privac@hoddz.com.
2. Information we process
Depending on how you use KazataCloud, we may process account and profile information, company information, authentication data, phone numbers, call metadata, destination numbers, call status and duration, wallet and transaction records, subscription information, device/browser and security logs, support communications, and regulatory or identity information required for telecommunications services.
3. Payment information
Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider. KazataCloud should store payment references and transaction status rather than complete card credentials.
4. Why we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, provide calling and number services, process payments and wallet credits, calculate usage, prevent fraud, provide customer support, comply with legal/provider requirements, maintain records and improve service reliability.
5. Service providers
Information may be shared with service providers necessary to operate KazataCloud, including telecommunications, payment, hosting, security, email/support and infrastructure providers. Those providers process information under their own contractual and legal obligations.
6. International processing
Communications and cloud services can involve processing in more than one country. Where required, appropriate transfer mechanisms and contractual measures should be used.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, meet accounting/telecommunications obligations and comply with applicable law. Retention periods may differ by data category and jurisdiction.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to certain processing, or request portability. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where retention is required for legal, fraud-prevention, billing or telecommunications purposes.
9. Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to protect account and service information, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as KazataCloud, providers or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the published version.
